Avionics Technician - M/F

• Manage installation projects as assigned,
• Work closely with sheet metal and mechanical teams to meet deadlines,
• Create wire lists for wire harness manufacturing from drawings,
• Install harnesses and avionics options in accordance with drawings and STC’s,
• Collaborate with the engineering department in making revisions to drawings to ensure they are correct
  to the installation,
• Carry out all required ground and flight testing to ensure correct operation of systems,
• Perform pitot static and transponder tests and sign log entries,
• Inspect and repair installations as required,
• Carry out quality assurance checks,
• Record and sign work on work orders.

• Valid AME “E” License with 3 years of experience,
• University Degree or College Diploma in Avionics Technology,
• Experience with Garmin G500, GTN 6/750, GTX and GMA series avionics is an asset
• Able to work in a team environment and effectively communicate to all members
• Able to safely manage deadlines and pressure
• Self-motivated and maintain currency through continual learning
• Familiarity with and the ability to follow quality standards and process specifications
• Knowledge of specialized tooling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 Pack
