Can you introduce yourself ?

My name is Ernholla and I am 26 years old. I was born in Madagascar but I have lived in France for more than 15 years. I studied in a general Engineering School specialized in data science. This has allowed me to work in several fields. I started in the automotive industry and now, I am working in aeronautics sector for a year and a half.

What is your job position at Davricourt ?

I am a consultant at DAVRICOURT as a Design Engineer for an aeronautical manufacturer.

I am currently working on mini-sidesticks which alert the pilot and co-pilot to avoid stall-induced vibrations. I have to create testing programs to assess the sidesticks on a functional level.

What motivates you on a daily basis ?

What motivates me on a daily basis is to always learn more about the mini-sidesticks, because I regularly assess them.

It fascinates me to understand in detail how a system that mixes electronics and mechanics works, all in a small design space.

My assignments are very concrete because I am directly involved in the system: I am in charge of test automation and for that, I rely on my expertises learnt from my academic background and my previous professional experiences.

What do you like best about the aeronautics industry ?

What I like most is working within the cockpit equipment department.

I work on systems that you do not necessarily see when you get on a plane for a vacation, but I can handle critical systems that are used by experienced pilots : I feel privileged !

Why did you choose to join Davricourt ?

Things went well during the initial contact and I did appreciate a direct and transparent communication

In addition, DAVRICOURT organizes monthly events to bring consultants together outside of work. It is really nice for a team building !
